You don't have to wait to eat because sushi on the plate goes round on a conveyer belt in the shop. You pick out any plate of sushi you want to eat, but once you take a plate, don't put it back again. If you do this, everyone will frown on you. The prices of the sushi differ according to the ingredients and the designs of the plates are different according to the prices. The price list of the plates are displayed inside the shop, so before you pick out sushi, you can check the price. If you can't find your favorite sushi going round on conveyer belt, you can ask the chef making sushi inside conveyer belt. Simply ask him "Maguro wa arimasuka ?" (Can I eat tuna?) Unless you don't mention the number of plate, you will be served one plate containing two pieces of sushi. Click here to see what kinds of sushi you can eat. Post your question about kaitenzushi.
