Stalls set up in the streets or in front of / near the stations selling oden or ramen. When you sit on the chair of the stall, just order the chef what you want to eat. Most of the"ramen yatai" serve you only shouyu ramen (soy sauce based taste noodle), but ingredients differ at each stall. Patrons of "oden yatai" want to not only eat "oden" but drink beer or "sake". Some of the patrons of "ramen yatai" prefer to have ramen after drink alcoholic beverages. So "yatai" serve beer or "sake" as well. Yatai mura (stall village) can also be found at cities.
