Make "Miso" at home

1) Soak beans in the water for more than 3 hours
2) Boil beans until they become soft.
3) Drain boiled beans in a sieve.
4) Mash them with a wooden pestle  in a grinding bowl .
5) Put beans rough mashed in a vinyl bag and mash them
more by hitting with a wooden pestle.
6) Stir them in a ball.
7) Make a ball.
8) Throw a bean ball  quickly with a lot of force. Why fling?
To get the air out of a bean ball.
9) Add malted rice to mashed bean.
10) Place rock salts on mashed beans.
11) Leave it in a cool place for more than 6 months.
12) Ready to eat it.
